Adult Programs

Drop-in programs are “pay-as-you-go” activities.  No long-term registration required.

Drop-in Rules:

•Show up no sooner than 15 minutes before the start of the drop-in. No one will be allowed to enter before this time.

•Food and drinks are not permitted in the gym.

•Please wear non-marking shoes


Drop-In Volleyball

Jump, set and spike! Are you a volleyball fan searching for fun-spirited competition while meeting new people? Then this is the program for you! “This co-ed drop-in is at an intermediate level, with both men and women spiking at the net.” Register in person to participate in this popular program.

Learn to improvise in a fun and relaxed atmosphere where anything can happen.


  • Spontaneously create interesting scenes and stories.
  • Learn to work as a team where every improviser is an actor, director, and editor at the same time.
  • Lose the fear of making mistakes.

Adult Badminton

This program provides a fantastic environment for you and your friends to enjoy a fun game of social badminton. While it’s nice to win, the win at all cost philosophy is not the focus here. Adult badminton centers on the fun aspects of the sport, providing an environment for you to enjoy yourself, stay fit and meet new people.

Women’s Basketball

All levels welcome. Come to the centre for a fun and casual pick-up game of women’s basketball.
Participants are required to register in order to participate. Save $$ when you register for the full session.

This easy-to-follow dance workout is fun and boosts your body from top to bottom. This program provides stress relief, good cardio, stronger muscles, weight loss, brain perks, social interaction and greater body mobility.
