Wolseley Residents Association
The Wolseley Residents Association is a group of community residents working to improve the community of Wolseley in Winnipeg, Manitoba by organizing community events and keeping residents informed of the goings on in their area. We are also happy to help residents organize to tackle issues in the community
The community we service is defined in our constitution as:
residents of the area bounded by Osborne Street, Portage Avenue, St. James Street and the Assiniboine River.
These boundaries were originally chosen based on the area serviced by Robert A. Steen Community Centre, the WRA’s home base.
